Who we are
Dr. Teresa L. Stavely graduated from Stewart County High School in 1987 with highest honors. She received and academic scholarship to Austin Peay University in Clarksville, Tn. While at Austin Peay, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major focus in biology and a minor in chemistry. She then attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. In June of 1995 she graduated with honors and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Stavely has been practicing in Dyersburg, Tn since June of 1995. She is committed to keeping up with the latest techniques and technology in dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Seventh District Dental Society, and The American Orthodontic Society.
Dr. Stavely recognizes that she has a responsibility to give back to her community. She has served as an officer in the cotillion club, served on the Epilepsy Foundation board, has helped with Relay for Life, volunteered with the Host program, has done charity work for Rural Ministries, and is actively involved in her church.
When not otherwise working, Dr. Stavely enjoys spending time with her family. Together they enjoy golfing, scuba diving, skiing, and traveling. Dr. Stavely is also an avid reader.
